Parkour is a discipline in which certain movements are used to efficiently maneuver throughout a varied environment.
We teach you the moves, and you use them however you'd like. Everyone will develop their own style and preferred methods of training. So let your creativity flow and turn the world into your playground!

All new students and open gym first-timers are required to read our "Parkour Safety Protocol," with our staff prior to participating in Open Gym or class.
One or more complimentary "Intro to Parkour" classes are offered during
every "Open Gym" session. Ask front desk for more details when arriving for Open Gym.
Students attending a parkour class have access to Open Gym after their lesson!
OPEN GYM:
MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY: 5pm-10pm | $15 DROP-IN
WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY: 5pm-10pm | $10 DROP-IN
SATURDAY-SUNDAY: 1pm-6pm | $15 DROP-IN
* Children under the age of 13 must have an adult present at the facility at all times
* Children under the age of 6 must be physically accompanied by a guardian adult at all times
PARKOUR SAFETY PROTOCOl:

Everyone, including adults, must be wearing closed toed tennis shoes in order to be able to go to the Parkour Gym

Listen to coaches at all times

A 5-Minute warm up at your own pace is mandatory

Each child under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian adult at all times

No jumping to floor area from high place
-
No access to high areas with orange cones
-
Stay away from the chains/rails in high areas

No running in the tunnels

No diving in the Foam Pit

No horseplay in the Foam Pit

GROUP CLASSES
PRE-K CLASS: Ages 3-5
KIDS CLASS: Ages 6 - 13
This class will teach kids how to safely jump, vault, climb, and swing with fun games and creative challenges!
Kids are always going to want to jump and climb on things- so might as well teach them how to do it safely!

Learn the art of overcoming obstacles- which includes jumps, vaults, swings, climbs, and more!
This class will provide teens and adults with essential skills that can be used in all areas of life, as well as improve their health and fitness and provide an outlet for creative expression!

Anyone- and we mean ANYONE- can improve their health and fitness and enjoy creative challenges with this. fun, low-impact class coption!
